A new £ 3 million bowling center is due to open in Walsall, creating up to 40 new jobs in the area.
Ten Entertainment Group plans to open the new location in Crown Wharf Retail Park later this year.
It will take over the vacant units from Peacocks and Mothercare in the retail park on Wolverhampton Street in the city of Black Country.

The new center will create 30 to 40 jobs in the region.
Ten Entertainment Group spokesman Matthew Smallwood said the new center was “key to revitalizing Crown Wharf Retail Park.”
Tenpin Walsall has 20 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, as well as a bar and an area where food is served.
The center will also include a laser tag arena, Houdini escape rooms, karaoke booths, pool tables and an arcade area.
Mr. Smallwood added, “Ten is investing over £ 3 million to build a brand new bowling center in Crown Wharf Retail Park Walsall.
“The new center is key to revitalizing the Crown Wharf retail park with the old units vacated by Mothercare and Peacocks.
“It will create 30-40 new jobs in the region.”
Ten Entertainment already has locations in Dudley, Star City in Birmingham, Telford, Stafford and Worcester.
