A knife with a blade of around 17cm has been removed from the streets following a disturbance in Erdington.
West Midlands Police officers responded to the disorder in Erdington on Wednesday evening.
The force’s youth violence and knife crime team tweeted a picture of the blade that was seized following the incident.

The tweet, posted at 11.04pm on Wednesday, read: “Tonight Task Force Officers have responded to a disorder in the Erdington Area.
“This has resulted in this knife being seized and removed from the streets. #LifeorKnife @ErdingtonWMP”
