A-lister Tom Cruise was reportedly out for lunch in Birmingham today – and caused a stir at a city restaurant.
Fans of the giant Hollywood star rushed for their cell phones while eating at Pho Restaurant in Grand Central near New Street Station on Saturday, July 31st.
The Top Gun and Mission Impossible actor – or someone who looked incredibly similar to him – was admitted to the Vietnamese restaurant around noon.

Tom Cruise is currently in the UK filming Mission Impossible 7.
Some scenes were filmed in nearby Derbyshire so he could have made the trip to town well.
But what did Brummies say about the celebrity who is apparently diving into town?

They wrote: “He will have been in the new Church of Scientology in Kings Heath / Moseley.”
A second wrote: “This will be the first and last time.”
A third wasn’t at all impressed that the A-listener was in town.
“Was never a fan of his,” they wrote.
A fourth said he was a regular in town – “He’s been a couple of times.”
When others tagged their friends and asked if they’d seen him, a fan narrowly missed a surprise meeting with the celebrity.
“Looks like you’ve missed it again,” one person tagged their friend, who then replied, “I was there too today.”
