A new real estate investment group has been created in the Midlands, targeting both investors and landlords.

The Joseph Mews Property Group was founded by Andy Foote, the former Global Distribution Director of SevenCapital. After having worked in this role with more than £ 900m in sales over the past eight years, Foote is joining the SevenInvest team in the new group.

The company already has three new UK residential projects on its books and more developments will be announced later this month along with four new developers the company will be working with.

Andy said: “Our focus will be on delivering high quality developments together with quality developers and working closely with capable and trustworthy partners to present the most exciting projects to our investors.”

The group will work closely with developers to bring projects to market and support investors in building wealth through real estate through market research and investment advice.

Joseph Mews Property Group, based in the Jewelery Quarter, is named after Andy’s son, who died of a brain tumor in 2007 at the age of just nine.

Joseph Mews Property Group will sit within its existing group of companies, including Alexander Daniels, The Brain Tumor Charity, BMS Ltd and Nub & Ho Properties.
