West Midlands Planning Application Week starting June 7th

Various motions have been submitted to the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, with some decisions being made this week.

The list of applications can be found below.

Building applications approved by Dudley Council last week include:

  • Householder Local Development Order for a two story side extension, a single story side / rear extension, and a rear extension on the first floor at 14 Graham Road, Halesowen, West Midlands. Approved with conditions.
  • Householder Local Development Order for a single story rear extension at 19 Merryfield Road, Dudley. Approved with conditions.
  • Householder Local Development Order for a two-story side extension and a single-story side / rear extension at 21 St. Kenelms Avenue, Hayley Green, Halesowen. Approved with conditions.
  • Householder Local Development Order for side and rear extensions at 25, Eggington Road, Wollaston, Stourbridge. Approved with conditions.
